My Return & Refund Policy

I put my heart into everything I create, and I truly want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  Proof of purchase.

Some items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


To start a return, email me at lisa@paperandcloud.co with your order details. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on:

Lit candles

Perfumes

Essential oils

Balms

Custom or personalized products

Sale items

Gift cards


Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will process the refund to your original payment method within3-5 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If I sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, I’ll cover return shipping.


Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 15 days, and I’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.


If Something’s Wrong

I want you to love your order. If there’s a problem, just email me at lisa@paperandcloud.co within 14 days, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
