Is your Packaging Recyclable?
We are committed to using recyclable material, and that’s why all of our products are sold in recyclable material, and any tissue paper filler inside the boxes and tubes are made from recycled materials and is compostable. It will always be important to us to be as eco-friendly as possible and to operate responsibly with the environment in mind, and we will continue to look for more and more ways that we can do our part
Originals + Art Prints
•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
•Prints are sent out by registered post or courier, or courier depending on your location.
•Prints in Ireland are usually delivered within 10-12 working days after ordering, if not sooner.
•Delivery times internationally can vary and depend on your local postal service.
Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Website orders are generally processed within 5-10 days but often much sooner.
We take care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition. 5"x7" and 8"x10" and 11x14" prints will ship in a firm flat mailer with sturdy backing board. Larger prints will be shipped rolled in a tube.
If your print was shipped in a tube please follow these steps to flatten the print before framing:
1. Gently remove the print from the tube but leave the clear sleeve on.
2. Allow the print to naturally unfurl for 24 hours.
3. Place the print on a flat surface with the printed side facing down. Then lay a heavy flat item (such as a book/s) on top of the print so that the paper if fully covered.
4. 24 hours later, the print will be flat and ready to frame
All our products are processed as quickly and carefully as possible within 7 days. Some items are made to order and may be subject to 2 weeks lead time for production. If you require your item by a certain date, please get in touch to ensure your shipping date before you place an order.
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details if applicable.
Local pick up is also available at our studio in Caherciveen, County. Please select the local pick up option at check out and wait for us to get in touch with you to coordinate a pick up time once your order is ready.
Most of our Artisan candles are handmade to order and take 2-10 days to complete each vessel takes time to cure. Vessels will be shipped either via DPD or Anpost. Local pick up is also available at our studio in Caherciveen, County. Please select the local pick up option at check out and wait for us to get in touch with you to coordinate a pick up time once your order is ready.
Do you Ship your Candles Internationally?
We ship our candles through the EU and UK and are not offering international shipping at this time, hopefully this will change.
Do you Ship Artwork Overseas?
Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping on all of our prints.
Do you Accept Returns?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within five working days from receipt of your order and we will work with you to make things right.
Returns will be accepted only within 14 working days from date of purchase.
When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Seconds, sales and custom items are excluded.
Transactions are handled with bank-grade security.
